Unopened items may be retuned for a full refund within 10 days of purchase.

Opened items in saleable condition can be returned for a refund within 10 days of purchase. A 15%-20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Scratched, bumped or otherwise less than perfect items will have a larger restocking fee, at our discretion. All Apantac products are subject to a 20% restocking fee for all returns.

Defective items may be exchanged for 30 days from time of purchase. After 30 days all service is handled by the manufacturers.

We make every effort to maintain correct pricing.  We are not responsible for typographical errors.

Some very heavy items are not eligible for free ground shipping, or can not be shipped by standard ground.
