The EDIUS NX PCI Express Capture Hardware with EDIUS 5 Software from Thompson Grass Valley is an software and hardware solution that allows you to edit both SD and HD video in real time. The card can capture and edit DV, HDV, and HD footage. It can capture and output video from FireWire, S-Video, and composite sources.

Minimum System Requirements
The EDIUS NX Express is capable of editing both standard- and high-definition (SD and HD) content in real time; however the system requirements for real-time HD editing are significantly higher than those for SD editing. The requirements shown here are for real-time HD editing and will provide a very pleasant real-time editing experience in SD as well:
