The RU-SC1A is the ideal choice in installations where both RS-232 and RS-485 serial communications protocols are used. Both the RS-485 port and the RS-232 port are provided on the front panel of the RU-SC1A. The RU-SC1A is a bi-directional serial converter, exchanging data between the RS-232 and RS-485 ports.
